INFINI(アンフィニ)46 Sedanの現場確認の為、上架中のYBM(横浜ベイサイドマリーナ)へ。

現物のサイズを測ります。

舷窓はほとんどが海外もので、古いと生産中止がある為、現物を確認しメーカーに英語で問合せをします。

あとは、現場の段取りもある為、納期の確認です。

I went to Yokohama Bay Side Marina to check the INFINI 46 Sedan port light.

I measured the size of those.

Most Port Light is made outside of Japan and old one could be discontinued. I check the one on the boat and the availability with manufacture.

At the same time I need to know the lead time to pass the information to the client.

アメリカのボート雑誌「Showboats」に、毎年『Global Order Book』という世界の造船所のモーターヨット建造データが発表されます。

建造するボートの全長の合計比較で、建造国トップは造船大国「イタリア」です。2位に「オランダ」と続きます。特筆すべきは「アメリカ」を抜いて「トルコ」が3位にランクインされています。

アジアでは『台湾』の「7位」。そして急成長の『中国』が「8位」です。

日本は・・・残念ながらリストにもあがりません。

日本でも大小は別としてボート建造は行われておりますし、しっかりとしたスポーツフィッシングの世界があり、魅力的なクルージングスポットもあります。世界から比較するとマーケットとしては小さいかもしれないが、日本にもマリンの世界があるという事を世界に発信していかないと世界においていかれると思う。

一朝一夕で出来る事ではないので、微力ながなも順次進めなければいけません。

There is an article in US boat magazine “Showboats” on Global Order Book in yearly.

The global ranking by building yacht Length Overall top is Italy. The second is The Netherlands. In Asian country is #7 is Taiwan and #8 is growing country China.

Unfortunately Japan is out of ranking, in other words, Japan doesn’t even include in the list.

Actually there are shipbuilders in Japan and building pressure boat not in size-wise. In addition that there are gorgeous cruising spots and is sports fishing world in Japan. I think we have to appeal Japanese marine business deeply to the world. It doesn’t matter it’s big or small market, though.

It will take huge amount of time to keep sending the message to the world, but somebody has to do it. That would be us, I think.

新艇バートラムの居室モディファイ用の図面を描いています。

オーナーのボート使用目的に合わせてストレージに改造します。

まずは既存の寸法をあたり、図面を描きます。ハルとインテリア造作物とのスペースを推測しながら、よりスペースを有効に使えるように設計します。

数パターンのレイアウトを作図し提案します。図面で検討する事により、オーナーの考えもより具体的になっていきます。

I’m modifying the new Bertram Yacht’s head room to storage room.

Owner wants to use his boat for long cruise, the storage room is more needed.

I measured outline of space first and draw original layout. I have to imagine the space between hull and interior component space. I want to use the storage space as much as possible.

I will propose several layouts. It’s clearer to see drawing to discuss over the drawings with clients.

あけましておめでとうございます

2011年が始まりました。今年は新艇建造がキックオフします。ほどよいプレッシャーを受けながらステップを一段ずつ上がり、クオリティーの高いシゴトをします。

そしてずっと考えていた、海外展開を視野に入れたウゴキをしていこうと思います。地理的優位性をいかしモーターボートに関わる事にチャレンジする。色々な方々のサポートを受けながら進めて行きたいと思います。

2011年のテーマは『Never Follow』です。既成概念に捕らわれていると新しいアイデアは浮かばず、ステレオタイプ的思考に陥らない様にする為の、「行動」ではなく『考え方』です。

今年も沢山の方々とお会い出来る事を楽しみにしています。

Happy New Year 2011

It already starts new year. It’s gonna kick off the custom boat construction soon. I have been feeling a little pressure to design this boat for the owner, but I will step by step up to do the best quality job.

We will do global yacht building business that I have been thinking long time. If we don’t have any support, we can’t do it. Appreciate for the support.

This years my company’s theme is “Never Follow” that the way of thinking, not action. We can’t be stereotype to see things to create new thing.

I’m looking forward to seeing many people in the world in this year.

We must do our best in this year and any idea is appreciated.

今年は沢山の事を考え、壁にあたり、やりたい事としなければいけない事のバランス感覚を失いましたが、事象はその人物が乗り越えられる事しか起きないと思います。

沢山の方々にサポートして頂き、時には厳しい意見を頂ける事が幸いです。

暖かく見守ってくれている方々の存在も大きく、良く理解してくれているなーと思います。

2010年、経験した事は何らかのカタチで2011年に現れてくると思います。

ご迷惑を沢山おかけしましたし、勉強になった年です。

At the end of this year, I look back on what I feel thru this year. I have been thinking many, many, many things, it’s almost over capacity of my brain, and faced the big wall that I though I couldn’t over coma, and I loose control myself what I want to do and what I need to do for life. I believe the thing in front of me is the things I have to get over.

I got many supports and appreciate for the strict comment background of supporting me.

The supporter treat me very warm attitude and that touches my heart.

It’s gonna be some shape what I felt and think on year 2010 in year 2011.

I’ve learned a lot of things thru people. I thank you for all your support on 2010.
