I had a chance to visit this year’s Miami boat show.

We did install vinyl leather on console panel surface.

Protection is necessary, of course, and it turns out really nice.

大型艇のコンソールパネルにレザーを施工しました。

万全な養生をしてから施工をし、案を練っていた課題の部分「カーブ」や「留め」も問題無くいきました。

I have been studying certain thickness of leather with thick thread.

Not everybody can do it, but I know someone who can do that. Let’s try!

0番の糸で10mm以上あるレザーへのステッチのStudyです。

ステッチの色味、レザーの色味など等を確認し進めて参ります。

There are several ways to clean the boat carpet, but we need to know what kind of carpet and made of.

After cleaning, it’s shinny white and when owner gets into boat, it must feel good.

ヨーロッパ製のカーペットを水をあまり使わない方法でクリーニング。

真っ白なカーペットが更に真っ白になり、尚且つ起毛したので踏み心地が良くなりました。

The picture’s hinge is very useful hinge for limited area.

Even though it’s just hinge, it reflects to design of the boat.

オーバーラップした箇所でも可能なヒンジです。

たったヒンジですがデザインに影響しますので常日頃、勉強です。
