何かしら手がけたボートは気になります。

デザイン・施工をやらせてもらったボートを見れる機会があったので、アフターのチェック。目地の部分や、ジョイント部分が気になっていましたが、問題無し。提案書と共に定期的に見に行く事にします。

The boat that we have involved in any level is always in my mind.

I had a chance to take a look at our installation boat again and checked many point, look and touch.

I was kind of worried about the mosaic tile, butt joint of wall surface, wall paper and so on. Everything is fine and good condition.

We decide to visit the boat in a certain time of period, not only check, but propose something to owner.

壁材として、レザーに裏地に薄いスポンジ(ウレタン)が一体になっている製品があります。

施工前に、まずは接着剤のテスト。

すぐに剥がれてしまう物や、くっつき過ぎる物があり色々とテストしましたが、適した物にたどり着きました。

さて工程の組立てと材の手配準備です。

The one of the greatest leather manufacture in US has leather with foam backing.

We better do the pre-check to find the suitable glue.

Worker used several types of glue for test, some didn’t hold enough, it’s so easy to peal off, however, we find the one.

We are ready for the installation on big Italian boat

アメリカ滞在「約54時間」という短い時間でしたが、内容の濃い時間が過ごせました。

お会いした方々に、感謝です。

I could stay in the states only 54 hours with long fligh, but spent valuable time in the places.

カスタムヤードばかりですが、それぞれの特徴が見えて参考になります。

アメリカの造船所の朝は8時からと早い。

雨が降っている朝一にホテルから最初の造船所に車で移動。

その後、約2時間半かけて別の巨大カスタムヤードへ行ってきました。

It’s quite early to start American yard compare with Japanese.

I move to first yard by car in the rainy morning.

After that, we visit another huge yard 2 hour and half by car.
