We’ve ordered to make custom translucent acrylic board that will use in boat engine room floor. To use translucent board in engine room is very easy to check the boat bottom condition.

It’s typical to use wine glass acrylic holder on boat. The material is easy to process making many type of shapes.

昨日、100フィートオーバーのメガヨットにて忘年会が行われました。

6リットルもある赤ワインや、頂き物のお酒をピアノテーブルに並べ、楽しんで頂きました。

お寿司屋さんも腕をふるい、皆さん美味しいお寿司にご満悦でした。

Mega Yacht owner held year end party on his over 100ft yacht.

There were varieties of liquor, 6L red wine and many from guest. I displayed on the piano table.

Sushi chef served very nice sushi at the counter. It seems like every guests had good food and drinks.

We appreciate for the boarding in cold weather.

I’m gathering the new custom boat project interior item spec. The spec sheet has seller information, size, feature and spec number. It’s very important to have this book to organize the entire item in one book.

There will be over 200 interior items such as faucet, push latch, ceiling material, wall material on each room and carpet・・・. We divide into 15 categories and put number on each item.

I’m making proposal to search the owner’s taste. After the selection of items, we’ll draw the size of equipment into the drawing and design the space with care of total balance.

塗装の世界は奥が深いです。最終仕上げ(フィニッシュ)である塗装は、本当に大事な部分であることは言うまでもありません。

スプレーガンも色々な種類を揃え、吹く船の状態によって選別します。ドイツの「SATA(サタ)」などは、数万円もする高価なガンです。

写真のハルは「1.1mm」の口径で、Alexsealの塗料で吹いたそうです。更に磨きを加えます。肌もシッカリでており、質感があります。

The paint is obviously very important part of boat quality. It’s final finish of the product not only exterior, but interior.

There are many types of spray gun and the painter selects certain gun for specific boat. German spray gun manufacture, SATA, is famous and expensive gun.

The photo is sprayed by 1.1mm diameter gun by using Alexseal paint. The hull is sanded slightly. It’s very beautiful finish and quality to enhance the boat value.

ボートには塩害に強いステンレスが多く使われています。少しでもほおっておくと、曇ってしまい輝きは無くなります。

ですが、ちゃんとメンテをする事によってひかり輝きます。艇を大事にする事によって、愛着もわいてきます。

光る部分がピカッと輝いている。乗船していて、気持も良いです。

There are many stainless steel used on boat because it is very good at sea salt. If it ‘s not cleaned long time, it’s not clear as stainless steel should be.

Well maintained boat is not only stainless part, but every parts should be cleaned. To be cleaned own boat is one of meaning of owning the boat.

When I see so bright stainless hardware on the mega yacht, I assume that she is very much cared and feel good.
