This is wood veneer sample for American Sports Fisher boat.

The wall and some other area have bunch of cracks and damage, so need to be repair and replace.

We’re trying to put the mat finish paint on it to make sure this is the right one.

アメリカのスポーツフィッシング艇の木ベニアのサンプルが届きました。ベニアといっても1mmもない薄いものです。

探し当てるまでに相当時間がかかりましたが、トップコートをのせて色味と柄の最終確認をおこないます。

木部補修では適材適所にBestな方法で処置するのが綺麗におさまりますね。

壊れてから直すと、よりコストと時間がかかります(それでも予期せぬ機械的な不具合は出ますが・・)。

Boat’s entrance door lock sometime break for some reason.

That means owner can’t get in and it’s very, very stressful!!

We often hear key hole got the damage. It better change the lock system before it stucks.

Boat door lock system is made by certain manufacture and spare key is little bit hard to make.

ボートの室内に入るエントランスドアの鍵がガタついたり、壊れたりする事があります。

このドアが開かないと中には入れないので、大変な事です。

キーをいれる所がよくダメージを受けやすく、スムーズでなくなります。

一大事になる前に、ラッチのシステムごと交換。舶用のシステムは一般的ではないので舶用専用メーカーが作っています。合鍵を作るもの結構難儀しますよね。
