It’s gonna be efficient for workflow using mobile tablet on site.

I assume the software may be based on either AutoShip or Maxsurf.

Ship Constructor is very popular for piping and wiring upon AutoShip.

I was kind of surprised that in Mega Yacht building, we’re already using those software and aiming for efficiency.

Some yard creates own software based on Siemens.

I’ll ask about this Mitsubishi’s program with my friend.

8月13日の日経新聞の一面に「三菱重工・客船、図面全て3D化」という見出しの記事が載っていた。

記事によると、現場でタブレットを使い3Dによる「工期短縮」「在庫管理」「効率化」を図る、との事。

三菱重工オリジナルのソフトだが、AutoShip又はMaxsurfとの互換性はあるはずである。

Ship Constructorなどは、配管や配線などのレイアウトに非常にポピュラーなソフトである。

この記事が一面に出るのも驚きだが(海洋新聞ではないので)、Mega Yacht建造ではこの様な3D化は既に取り入れられ、効率を上げているからである。

あるヤードなどは、ドイツのSiemensとプレジャーボート建造用のソフトウェアまで開発している(互換性があるので汎用のソフトで読み取れますが)。

今までも3Dは取り入れていたと思うが、知合いに今度どんなプログラムなのか聞いてみようと思います。

There is several type of cabinet latch available.

Photo’s type is totally clean look on the cabinet face.

We can’t see either latch or hinge. It only shows beautiful wood grain.

Nothing bothers on the cabinet face.

Those small things really relates with the interior design.

様々なキャビネットラッチがあります。

この様なリセスされたラッチは、扉面をクリーンに見せられます。

ラッチを含め、ヒンジも見えないので、木目が綺麗に見せられます。

ただしこのタイプは指が入る様にデザインしなければ機能しません。

この様なラッチを含む小さな事の積み重ねが、トータルのインテリアデザインを創り出します。

I had a chance to meet the owner of new concept real estate shop thru my friend.

It’s totally cozy space. There is a lounge, library (not only house) and coffee counter.

The shop concept is Local Community Lounge.

I have same concept of marine community. The conversation we had is so important and happy to meet the smart and energetic person.

川崎の宮崎台にオープンした不動産の「エストサービス」。

「ローカル・コミュニティ・ラウンジ」というコンセプト通りのお店でした。

入り口を入ってすぐに「ラウンジ」があり、右側には「ライブラリー」がある。奥の方には「コーヒーカウンター」までもがあり、心地よい空間を演出しています。

このラウンジは多目的に使用する計画で(もう既に開催されています)、スクリーンがあり不動産だけではなく、多岐にわたるイベントが開催されるそうです。

コンセプト通りですね(Local Community Lounge)。

榎本社長との話しも「熱」がある会話で、非常に刺激を受けました。

また行きたいと思える雰囲気作りが素晴らしいですね。また伺わせてもらいます。

Solid material for countertop etc can create seamless basin.

It’s very clean look and should be very easy to clean up.

Corian is most popular and Avonite has great color.

It’s good for motor yacht countertops with rail on the surface edge. It designs back splash, countertop, rail and front face seamlessly.

カウンタートップ等に使う「ソリッドマテリアル」によってシームレスなカウンタートップをデザイン出来ます。

非常にスッキリとしたデザインで、クリーニングも楽です。

Corianが人工大理石ではトップブランドですが、Avoniteや他のメーカーも特徴あるマテリアルを作っていますね。

ボートでは、エッジの所に出っ張ったレールを付けるのでギャレーのカウンタートップにピッタリです。バックスプラッシュから、カウンタートップ、レールを含めフロントフェイスまで一体にデザインし「シームレス」になり施工もeasyです。

This is the accommodation study for the motor yacht.

Lower Deck, Main Deck and Upper Deck. Each deck has each function.

Lower Deck is obviously more private and Main Deck and Upper Deck have more activity.

Before 3D modeling, prepare the CAD drawing. There are some layouts arise and each GA has clear purpose of design. It’s usually back and forth between CAD and 3D modeling.

下からLower Deck、Main Deck、Upper Deckとあり、各デッキの機能があります。

Lower Deckは居室があり、よりプライベートなデッキ。Main DeckとUpper Deckはアクティビティがありナビゲーションがあるデッキ。

3Dをおこす前に、CADでGAをおこします。何タイプものGAが出来上がり、各レイアウトごとにデザインコンセプトがあります。CADと3Dとでチェック、修正しながら進めていきます。
