This is square LED down light. And push latch is square type.

It used to be round type of down light is popular, but square type gives more modern look.

This is important part of interior design even people won’t recognize because it’s so natural.

BTW, it’s hard to find square push latch. Only few manufacture makes one.

通常ダウンライトは丸タイプが多いですが、スクエアーにするとモダンになりますね。

このダウンライトに合わせて、プッシュラッチもスクエアーにしています。

この様な、あまりにも自然で気がつかない様なことがデザインを構成していきます。

スクエアータイプのプッシュラッチは製造しているメーカーがほとんどなく、なかなかありません。

The lock trim carpet brings on the boat.

The edge is double string to make it tight and clean look.

Corner is like photo. It’s not square.

It’s very important to make perfect template especially for the boat even it takes time.

オーバーロック加工したカーペットが出来上がり、敷きました。

エッジは2重で糸を回しました。1重ではホツレやヨレなどがでるので2重にしました。

各コーナーは写真の様にラウンドしています。角が出ている所はありません。

時間はかかりますが、特殊形状のボート床材は「テンプレート」が肝心です。

Typical boat flooring is wood or carpet. Head is vinyl or marble.

The shape of floor isn’t square like residence.

There is a hole for dinning table base or every corner is round.

Using an existing carpet as template and make new carpet with over lock edge trim.

It’s going to be nicely fit on the boat.

ボートのフローリング材としては「ウッド」や「カーペット」があります。ヘッドの床は「ビニール系」や「大理石」です。

住宅の様に、ボートの床面は四角ではありません。

ダイニングテーブルのあしの開口が空いていたり、角がラウンドしていたりします。

今回は既存のカーペットを型紙とし、新しいカーペットのエッジを「オーバーロック加工」します。工場では床から空気を出しながら、カーペットがスムーズに流れるようにします。

細かいR部分や開口部分は機械を使いながら手でやっていきます。

There are several boat name types. Sticker and paint is popular and it graphically unique. To put transom is necessary, but some boat has on side of superstructure and bow.
