I went to exhibition called “Sea Japan” on last week.

I had to meet some manufacture people and look around the exhibition.

先週までビックサイトで開催されていた「Sea Japan」。

挨拶で会場行き、その後もろもろをリサーチ。

NMEA2000のブースなどの写真です。

It usually checks from 3D drawing first and make a mold by CNC machine.

FRPのボートにとって「モールド」の質はとても重要。そして各パーツをどのような「工法」、そしてどの様な順序で組み立てていくか、はFinish Productとしてとても重要です。

3Dの図面でまずは組み立てていき、NCマシーン等で型をおこしていきます。

船のキャプテンルームのソファとテーブルのJobです。

この船はクラスの船なので、全てがメタルベースです(重いです・・)。

キャプテンから直接詳細を聞き、そして提案。即決です。

テーブルは改造、そしてソファは張替です。

To organize the menu of maintenance and refit for the big yacht, we prepare to put yellow tape with number and make a list.

Of course every project has target date to finish.

It relates to multiprex jobs, so preparation is very important before it starts.

ボートのメンテナンスは、まずアイテムをのリストを作成し、ナンバリングをし現場に指示をします。

納期が決まっていない仕事など無いので、ヤードと擦り合わせながらターゲットとなる工期を決めます。

事細かなメニューがあるので、色々な作業者の兼ね合いを見ながら段取り、そして明確な指示・決定をしていきます。

I just take a walk to see the exhibition center that is the place for Taiwan International Boat Show on May.

While approaching to the place, I had been thinking about my company’s booth @ the boat show.

WHAT, WHO, WHY and HOW, are the keywords what we have to prepare.

It’s very end of fiscal year and I’m happy to have many things to do!!

今年の5月に開催される「台湾ボートショー」会場に歩いて現状視察。

道すがらこのボートショーへの出展の意義、展開を考える。

「WHAT　・WHO　・　WHY 　・　HOW」というキーワードを元に考えをエスカレーションさせて行く。

3月月末、決算月。やらなければいけない事が沢山あるが、海外の地でちゃんと月を締めます。
