I’ve been working on more than couple of deck installation for the boats.

The material has cut by CNC machine, so the data is really, really important.

Sometime it takes time to go back and forth at the site to check what’s existing, however it’s the crucial procedure of data making.

Double check!! & Triple Check!!! are worth to do it.

このマテリアルはNCでカットされてくるので、元となるデータが非常に重要になります。

当然船のデータなどあるわけが無く、一からのデータ作りで、カーブの交点などが合わない時は現場へ何度も足を運び確認します。

ダブルチェックは当たり前。トリプルチェックでデータミスを無くします(と言うか納得がいかないので！)。

It’s a time to renew the wall leather pad.

After install the new leather, it feels like fresh feeling on the boat.

壁のレザーの張替を突貫でおこないました。

新しい壁材で、まずは廊下部分がリフレッシュしました。

To propose new fabric and method, and redo the boat ceiling panel for popular Italian 80 feet boat.

It turns out really great and the captain is really happy now.

イタリア製の80フィートのボートの天井パネルに、新しい「ファブリック」と「やり方」を提案し納めました。

キャプテンが設置確認をし、綺麗に納まりとても喜んでもらいました。

To make exactly same dimension of acrylic for boat window.

It’s quite hard to find 100% same color as original, however I’ll try to find the solution whatever it takes for customer.

ボートと左右の窓用の新規アクリル作成。

色味の確認や厚み、窓のはめ込み方を確認し作成に入ります。色々と難しい所がありますが、窓が無い船は快適では無いですから、急ぎお客様の為に作成段取り中です。
