Let’s make template for FRP swimming step and attach those onto it.

新規FRPスイミングステップ用に型取りをして、これや、あれを取付けます。

Working on on-off FRP removable sofa base on boat cockpit.

It’s obviously straight, so needs to be made template for make it.

It’s on its procedure to finish it now.

ボートのコックピットデッキに可動式のソファベースを作成中。

FRPベースのL字のソファベースを変形、キャンバー付なので同型艇で型取り。

作製のプロセス中ですが、様々なポイントで確認していきます。

Now we are studying swimming step structure, equipment, jet cradle, vents…etc.

I’ve got all resource and ready to make it new step!

スイミングステップ作製にあたり、構造・必要部品・ジェット用船台・水抜き開口部品・・など等をスタディしました。

全ての部品や構造を理解し着工準備に入ります。

昨日、台湾ボートショーから戻って参りました。

友人や仲間との会話から様々な角度から刺激を受けます。

プロジェクトを推し進める為にも、いっちょ頑張ります。

We install new material on cockpit, ladders and fly bridge deck.

From make templates on each pattern, scan template, create CNC data, arrange the drawings etc, it looks new appearance on the decks.

コックピット、フライブリッジ、FBラダーにデッキ材を施工しました。

各パターンの型取り～スキャン～NCデータ作成～図面修正etcなどなどのプロセスを経て貼付けまでたどり着きます。
