エッジは2重で糸を回しました。1重ではホツレやヨレなどがでるので2重にしました。

各コーナーは写真の様にラウンドしています。角が出ている所はありません。

時間はかかりますが、特殊形状のボート床材は「テンプレート」が肝心です。

Typical boat flooring is wood or carpet. Head is vinyl or marble.

ボートのフローリング材としては「ウッド」や「カーペット」があります。ヘッドの床は「ビニール系」や「大理石」です。

住宅の様に、ボートの床面は四角ではありません。

ダイニングテーブルのあしの開口が空いていたり、角がラウンドしていたりします。

今回は既存のカーペットを型紙とし、新しいカーペットのエッジを「オーバーロック加工」します。工場では床から空気を出しながら、カーペットがスムーズに流れるようにします。

細かいR部分や開口部分は機械を使いながら手でやっていきます。

いくつかのカテゴリーに分け、さらに細分化し項目別にレートをつけます。例えば「航続距離(マイル)」や「シートアレンジ」などなどです。

このリストをもとに、オーナーにヒヤリングをすると、重要視する所がクリアになりデザインが絞りやすいです。オーナーにとっても、どのポイントを重要とするのか目に見えて分かるのでクリアーになる部分が多いです。

There are several boat name types. Sticker and paint is popular and it graphically unique. To put transom is necessary, but some boat has on side of superstructure and bow.

ステッカーやペイントでの船名がポピュラーです。ボートショーなどでは、色々ユニークなデザインが多く、面白いです。

ボートの名前はオーナーの想いが詰まっており、そのボート、そしてオーナーの人生観まで物語っている場合があります。

写真はカスタムのステンレス製のLEDつき船名です。夜になってエレガントに船名が浮かび上がりますし、昼間でも鏡面がゴージャスにそのボート名を物語っています。

We just receive the Halogen 12/24V down lights and switch cover.

It’s obviously same finish, Chrome. For this Italian switch cover has several Chrome finish, so it needs to check it.

It’s always better same finish throughout yacht.

It’s getting hard to find the halogen down light. Many boat’s lighting manufacture are producing only LED, discontinue Halogen down light anymore.

12/24Vのボート用ダウンライトとスイッチカバーです。

ご覧の通り同じフィニッシュのクロームです。このイタリア製のスイッチカバーは、クロームの種類が沢山あるので確認が必要です。

船全体を通して、金物類のフィニッシュは統一した方が良いです。

両方ともイタリア製ですが、舶用ダウンライトはメーカーがLEDにシフトしており、ハロゲンはもう製造していないようです。ハロゲンの表現力、好きなんですけどね。
