We order something from outside of Japan.

It’s necessary to have Quote first and after set up the condition of order, provide the P.O.

After receive the package, we got to have Invoice for custom. Freight company does custom work.

It is paper work procedure to order items from international.

海外から品物を購入する場合、複数の書類が必要になります。

「Quote」をまずリクエストし、それに対して個数や仕様を決め「P.O」をメーカーに発行し購入意思を伝えます。取引先にもよりますが、通常事前に送金します。海外送金なので数日かかりますが、履歴が残っているとスムーズです。

パッケージが届いてから「Custom」を通して、「Invoice」を確認し検品します。

ペーパーワークには決まった書式などがある為、注意が必要です。。

It’s getting warmer and starts to think about this year’s boat season.
