Boat Carpet Cleaning Up!

We did boat carpet cleaning and stain removal.

It turns out beautifully and feels like fresh now.

ボートカーペットの「クリーニング」と「染み取り」を行いました。

クリーニング前は綺麗に見えましたが、さらにリフレッシュされた船内です。

Curve Wood Panel Leather Replacement

Sharpe curved wood panel’s leather replacement.

Try in a one piece of leather and we made it without any wrinkle.

S字型のパネルのレザーを張替しました。

試行錯誤をしトライをして、一枚のレザーでハギ無しでシワも出ないで出来ました。

Boat cockpit Deck Design

Installed new boat cockpit deck material.

It takes a time to make template and CNC pads, but turns out really good.

ボートのコックピットに新しいデッキ材を施工しました。

形状が複雑で時間がかかってしまいご迷惑をお掛けしましたが、無事納める事が出来ました。

Console Panel Leather

To replace new leather for console panel on the boat.

I thought it may be hard to be in one piece, but we can do that in a one piece of leather.

60ftのボートのコンソールパネルのレザーを張替ました。

カーブがあるので一枚でいけるか？と検討しましたが、一枚で綺麗におさまりました。
