低層のビルが3棟あり、マリン関係のオフィスがテナントとして入っています。ブローカーやマリンショップ、そしてリペアショップなどが入っています。1Fにはメンテナンス用の部品が保管してあります。

保管バースもあり、リペアバースもあります。

この様なファシリティは日本にいると羨ましい限りですね。この種の施設をビジネスとして日本で成り立たせたいですね。
