Create Ceiling Panel for Custom 40 footer boat

For 40 feet mortor boat’s berth ceiling, we created new ceiling panels.

Made template, cut wood veneer, put leather with urethane back and installed on the boat.

カスタムの40フィートのボートのバウバースの天井パネル作製。

型取りをし、ウレタン加工のレザーを巻き、取付、施工しました。

In certain time, the boat needs to replace new zinc.

It depends on the boat where is moored and sea condition.

Bow Berth Upper Open Shelf

Create bow berth’s open shelf to match with existing wood finish.

It looks totally natural when it’s finish afterward.

バスバースの天井際の収納作製。

既存の木目に合せ収納部を合せ、出来る限りの大きさで取付しました。

Wall Lamination

Put lamination sheet on curved wall and it needs putty and filler on bumped area to make it flat.

Its totally new look interior now.

壁面にラミネイション施工。凹みがあるのでパテ処理をしてからの施工。

既存の木部にもマッチした意匠になりました。
