「産業発展とものづくりの設計思想」という題名の記事を読む。

製品をどのような構成要素にわけ、構成要素をどのようにつないでいくかという設計思想を「製品アーキテクチャー」と呼ぶ。

産業の発展において、大別して「インテグラル型(すり合わせ型)」と「モジュール型(組み合わせ型)」の産業形態があり、両方間を行き来する(循環する)「モジュールダイナミクス」によって発展していく。

インテグラル型の代表製品は「車」。市場に出ている部品だけでは車をつくることはできず、緊密で複雑な調整とすり合わせが必要とされる。

モジュール型の代表製品は「PC」。市場で調達した部品で組み立てる事もでき、メーカー別でも互換性がある。

Boat Buildingは、様々な要素が複雑に絡み合い、そして融合した総合的な製品である。完成までのプロセスにおいて、技術革新もありながら効率の良いプロシージャーを常に探さないといけない。

I read the article about development of industry and ideal.

It’s called product architecture that to make product consists of what elements and how connect each elements.

In general, there are two types of development, Integral type and Module type. And development occurs when innovation occurs, it called Module dynamics.

Integral type industry is Car. We can’t build a car to build up using every single part. It needs to modify and adjust parts and professional people.

Module type industry is PC. We can build a PC using available parts on the market and each part can meet with another manufacture’s elements.

Boat building is very complex way to build. Many, many aspects are involved. I’m always looking for the better procedure to reduce the construction time with technological innovation.

海外では金融機関もメガヨットビジネスに関与しています。

プライベートバンクは勿論ですが、特別な顧客のメガヨット購入のアシストをしてくれます。例えば、イギリスの「Barclays」はBarclays Wealthにおいて『Corporate Jets & Superyachts』 というディビジョンがあります。

日本の金融機関も、独自のモデルを構築し、双方のリスクをヘッジしボート購入層のアプローチ、開拓も出来るのでは・・と思うのですが。

In foreign country, some bank is involved with mega yacht business.

Bunk assists to buy or build their special client mega/superyacht and as the private bank. UK’s Barclays’ one of the division called Barclays Wealth has department of Corporate Jets & Superyacht.

I think Japanese bank can modify this model to fit with Japanese custom and hedge the risk.

ボートビジネス、特に新造もこのモデルにあてはめられないか？と考察してみます。

I often check the new paper advertisement to get the commercial reference.

I get to think when I see the condominium development ad.

<Business Operator・Vendor>○○○, <Sales Representation>○○○, <Architect & Contractor>○○○

Each categories is to each specialist. If it’s big project, it has to divide by each special company.

I’m thinking we better do this business model into new build yacht business. I have to find the way to build up.

台湾の造船所のMeihuaからメールが届きました。

石垣在住の前田さんがヨットで1年10ヶ月かけ世界一周を達成したそうです。台湾の基隆(台北北部) がゴールでお祝いをやったそうです。

息子さんもこの命がけのアドヴェンチャーで英語を覚えたのでしょうね。

Meihuaも嬉しそうです。彼女もヨットをやるので、いつかオフショア・ヨットを作りましょうね。

I received e-mail from Taiwan shipyard people.

The Japanese, Mr. Maeda, is accomplished his sailing around the world in 1 year and 10 month. Keelung where is north from Taipei is finish port.

His son joined in the middle of journey and he learned a lot of things. Well, he speaks English now.

My friend, Meihua, seems happy in the picture. She also does the yachting. We better build offshore yacht together in the future.

あけましておめでとうございます

2011年が始まりました。今年は新艇建造がキックオフします。ほどよいプレッシャーを受けながらステップを一段ずつ上がり、クオリティーの高いシゴトをします。

そしてずっと考えていた、海外展開を視野に入れたウゴキをしていこうと思います。地理的優位性をいかしモーターボートに関わる事にチャレンジする。色々な方々のサポートを受けながら進めて行きたいと思います。

2011年のテーマは『Never Follow』です。既成概念に捕らわれていると新しいアイデアは浮かばず、ステレオタイプ的思考に陥らない様にする為の、「行動」ではなく『考え方』です。

今年も沢山の方々とお会い出来る事を楽しみにしています。

Happy New Year 2011

It already starts new year. It’s gonna kick off the custom boat construction soon. I have been feeling a little pressure to design this boat for the owner, but I will step by step up to do the best quality job.

We will do global yacht building business that I have been thinking long time. If we don’t have any support, we can’t do it. Appreciate for the support.

This years my company’s theme is “Never Follow” that the way of thinking, not action. We can’t be stereotype to see things to create new thing.

I’m looking forward to seeing many people in the world in this year.

We must do our best in this year and any idea is appreciated.
