We subscribe several boat and design magazines.

Those are international magazines and we have to update what’s what now.

I can’t read monthly issues and stack up. I have to arrange the time to read, study and imagine THE THINGS thru magazines.

全てインターナショナルな雑誌で、切抜をリソースとしてファイルしています。

毎月送られてくる雑誌が溜まりにたまってしまいます。時間をうまくアレンジして「Study」そして「Imagine」し『Create』する時間を作らないといけません・・

When I see the parts stock room in a boat yard, I can easily assume a boat yard organization and operation.

Some boat yard gets ISO 9001 and it’s good way to proof boat yard attitude toward outside.

But owners are really cared about 9001? I don’t know. What’s important is smooth operation and 4S every single day for yard operation.

造船所の部品庫を見ると、そのヤードのオペレーションや組織力を垣間見れます。

複数の造船所はISO9001を取得しており、対外向けには良いアピールだと思います。

ところが実際、ボートをオーダーするオーナー達は「そのヤードがISO9001を取得しているか？」という点を重要視しているのでしょうか。勿論大事ですが、それよりも意思伝達のスピードやスムーズなオペレーション、そして4Sを毎日やっている事の方が重要ではないでしょうか。

海外のストックルームを見て、そんな事を考えてしまいます。

I felt so luck to see 2 super yachts in KHH, TW.

Thru viewing those beautiful yachts, I wonder why they won’t come to Japan. They may be come to TW because of maintenance or on their way to long cruise. There are so many reasons I can easily imagine of, but there are some ways to find the answer.

That’s what I need to do!! It may be Try & Error, but we’ll do it!!!

I thank my circumstance to force me to see those yachts at that moment.

またまた2艇のスーパーヨットに台湾で出会えた機会にチャンスを感じます。

このスケールの大きなヨットを前にして色々な事を考えます。メンテで台湾に停泊しているのか、クルージングで来ているのか分からないが、「何故、日本には来ないのだろう？」という単純な疑問を頂きます。と同時に色々な理由があるのも分かっています。

けれども、それをやらなければいけない事なんだ、と気づかせてくれました。おそらくトライ&エラーの繰り返しになるだろうけど、それをしないといけない。

半ば強制的にこのヨットを見なさい、と言ってくれる環境に感謝です。

Recently I have been in & out of my office.

I sometimes takes bullet train and air plane.

It sets up the departure time, so I have to do the things by that time.

I’m trying to do the dayly and weekly time management to make to do list bt time. Efficiency is the key word that I’m challenging.

最近はバタバタと移動が多いです。

新幹線や飛行機なので、時間が決まっています。

その日の「何時」までに、○○をやる、○○に集中する、というデイリーでのデットラインを設けます。

日、そして週でのTo DoとWantsをリストアップし、タイムマネージメントします。「効率」がキーワードでチャレンジしています。

I look at only what I like or am interested in. That’s what people do, right. Or the object makes me catching my eyes.

When I see the great final product, I see and feel something thru it.

No words need for design elements.

興味があるモノには必然的に目を奪われます。もしくは、そのオーラーに引き付けられるように見入ってしまいます。

ファイナルプロダクトを前にして、デザインエレメントや線と面構成を見て色々な事を考え、刺激されます。

特に言葉は必要ないですね。
