Existing carpet needs overlocking for odd shape floor hatch.

Make a template from the site, cut the carpet, overlocking to bring the machine and bring to the boat.

It’s perfectly fitted in.

既存のカーペットをハッチの形状に合わせてオーバーロックしました。

型紙をボートにて取り、慎重にカーペットをカットし、数ミリカットしてオーバーロック用のミシンを持ち込み糸を選定しオーバーロック、そして船に納めました。

Create new sponge and put new leather on it.

FBの背クッションを取外し、新しいレザーに張替えます。

新しいウレタンから作り張替えます。

We create the custom plexiglass with detailed logo onto it.

Create the logo from JPG date, change to CNC data and install custom size plexiglass on the site.

画像データから、NC用データに変換、アクリルへ彫刻し、現場へ納めました。

To put new fabric / leather on window pillars and valance pads, taking out those to bring to shop.

Some are quite hard to take out, but find the way to do that.

窓廻りのピラーやパッドを新しい生地に張替の為に取外し、工場へ持って行きます。

箇所箇所で外すのが難しい所がありましたが、何とか方法を考え外せました。
