Pilot house’s leather pads around the window got the leather paint job.

It’s beautifully done and got the new décor.

パイロットハウスの肘部分のレザーパッドをレザー補修です。

色味を変えて、ボーダーの様な感じになりました。

Modified the bulkhead to opening door to access to the back.

It’s honeycomb core wall and we have researched from the site and done that.

床から天井までのリベット留めの壁面を加工しました。

ハニカムの芯材の壁だったので、何回も現場で確認し最適な方法でドアをつけました。

After certain years, the ceiling panel needs to re-do the surface because of backing foam.

We have taken out all the panels even it was difficult to find out the way though.

We’ll use custom leather for the ceiling.

年数が経った天井パネルは様々な理由から張替が必要なケースが多いです。

各メーカーによって取付け方が違いますが、パズルのように各パネルを外し張替の準備に入ります。

カスタムのレザーをヨーロッパから輸入し、パネルに使用します。

It may be quite hard to find out the stitch color.

But we got to find one though.
