Leather Finish

We’ve put new leather with urethane material on the boat.

It’s custom leather to add on the sponge on the back.

ボートの船内にウレタン付のレザーを貼付けしました。

端部処理の課題を工夫しながら納めました。

Boat Cushion Cover

We did put on the covers on the boat cushions.

The fabric is towel fabric, so it’s ready to lay back onto those.

ボートのクッション用のカバーを取り付けしました。

タオル地の生地なので、肌触りもよく座り心地も良い生地です。

Resin Stopper

Create new resin door stopper based upon calculate the dimensions and shape.

It works perfectly fine and is strong enough to hold the slide door.

樹脂製のドアストッパーをカスタムで作製。

サイズの採寸、形状をCADでおこし取り付けました。

Helm Seat

We do re-upholstery for the special helm seats.

The seat has shock absorber and special equipment on it.

操船席のレザー張替をしました。

この操船席は特殊なシステムになっており、ショックアブソーバーやアームなど等が付いておりました。

Custom Mattress

We made custom mattress for the boat.

The shape of the mattress isn’t rectangular and it needs to get the template to make it.

船舶用のカスタム・マットレスの作製。

マットレスの硬さを打合せしながら、形状が複雑なので型取りをしてから製作し納品です。
