It’s easy to explain that the recycled leather is same process as recycled paper. It got texture, rich look and fragrance. It can be used on floor, wall, furniture and ceiling.

Of course, it gets great advantage of price compare with hide leather.

アメリカからサステイナブルのレザーサンプルが届いた(エコという言葉はどうもピンときません・・)。

このレザーは「リサイクル・レザー」です。リサイクル・ペーパーと同じプロセスで再生します。テクスチャーや質感、そしてレザーの香りもそのものです。本皮でないと言われないと分からないです。床面、壁面、天井面、家具の意匠としての使用が可能です。

リサイクルというアイデアもさる事ながら、価格でのアドバンテージがあります。

We design and made visual image for our company’s portfolio.

We printed out high resolution and large image and it put on meeting table.

It’s better have visual image on the meeting table to explain what we do.

大判の写真印刷を印刷屋で出力し、打合せテーブルに飾ります。

この様なヴィジュアルイメージを置いておく事で、「ナニ」をやっている会社なのかをヴィジュアライズする意図があります。

What we ask for customize is to put plywood on back side or some parts for screw.

I’m thinking to use countertops and I don’t want to put wood all area because of weight. We designed to put wood only needed area.

「板厚調整」「ウッドインサート(一部・前面)」を今回カスタマイズしました。

施工する際にタッピングが打てないとなると更なる手間が懸かります。デザインする事によってスクリューの位置も計算し、その部分にのみウッドを入れます。重量の関係から、出来るだけ全面にはいれないで、必要な部分にいれたいです。

We just receive the core inside panels from Thailand.

The door top finish to be plastic laminate and door lever and three hinges needs screw to attach it.

I order to put wood block insert in certain area for screw.

It is obviously designed and planned construction based upon the drawing and planned to be light weight.

注文していたコア材を心材にしたパネルが届いた。

このパネルはドアで使用します。

表面仕上げはプラスティックラミネートを貼ります。ドアレバーや丁番の所にタッピング用に木材を入れました。

この様に図面に基づき「プラン・デザイン」される事により、この様な材料を使用する事が出来ます。もちろん片手で楽々持ちあがる位軽量ですよ。

It’s finished traditional wooden boat, Plysier 40, headliner refit.

Using plastic track makes smooth refit and more importantly, it’s light weight way of construction!!

Even though the cambered ceiling on starboard and port side, it can bend as the shape of ceiling.

The new interior is very clean look and got traditional wood comfortable taste in it.

天井張替え工事が終了しました。

今回の工事はプラスティックレールを使う事によって、工事がスムーズになりました(ちょっとした工夫が必要ですが・・)。最も重要なのは「軽量化」できた事です。

キャンバーがついた右舷・左舷の天井も形状に合わせて施工できます。

新しいインテリアはウッドボートに相応しくトラディショナルでクリーンな設えの居心地の良さそうなインテリアになりましたね。
