There aren’t many choices for exterior leather. This sponge is unique cylinder shape, so it’s kind of hard to make it.

ボートの暴露部(エクステリア)で使用するクッションなどは経年劣化で張替が必要です。

今回の場合は内部のウレタン(スポンジ)の部分もダメージが激しく、ウレタンから作り変える事にします。

特殊な円柱の形をしている為、ウレタン形状が難しい。
