She is wooden boat and even got years since she is launched 60 years ago, she is in a good shape in Japan!

日本に2艇しかないライボヴィッチのスポーツフィッシャーマンボート「TWENTY」のロンT。

ライボヴィッチのシンボルである「エンジェルフィッシュ」が袖にデザインされ、サイドプロファイルが胸に印刷されたカッコよいTシャツです。

Some of the parts are released from the mold.

Specified gel coat color has a data and the released parts are so shinny boat parts with non-skid.

ゲルコートの色味を指定し、小さいパーツがモールドから脱型しました。

強度のチェック、フィニッシュのチェックなどなど打合せしなければいけない事が多々あります(楽しい建造打合せです)。

Shinny molds are coming back.

Some are in the paint booth and polish again.

For all this is fish product, the boat!!

ピカピカになった船のモールド(型)。

「型」は船に建造において、設計思想をカタチにしたフィニッシュプロダクトにおいてはとても、とても重要な事は言うまでもありません。

このプロセスにコストと時間はおしみません。

It really depends on the boat yard, but is necessary bunch of drawings to build.
