This is custom boat cabinet with natural wood veneer.

The finish of natural wood is really good.

ボートのカスタムキャビネットに「天然木」のシートでの施工。

天然木の感触はやはり違います。

We did the incline test based upon CE / ISO rule for different category and passengers.
It’s one of those for the registration.

船舶証書の為の「インクラインテスト」です(定員を変えての再実施です)。

CE、ISOルールによるテストデータですので、諸々のデータを取り成績書を作成します。

I’ve been working on more than couple of deck installation for the boats.

The material has cut by CNC machine, so the data is really, really important.

Sometime it takes time to go back and forth at the site to check what’s existing, however it’s the crucial procedure of data making.

Double check!! & Triple Check!!! are worth to do it.

複数のボートデッキ材の作図に追われています。

このマテリアルはNCでカットされてくるので、元となるデータが非常に重要になります。

当然船のデータなどあるわけが無く、一からのデータ作りで、カーブの交点などが合わない時は現場へ何度も足を運び確認します。

ダブルチェックは当たり前。トリプルチェックでデータミスを無くします(と言うか納得がいかないので！)。
