レイアウトやプロポーションを検討する為、CGをおこして検証。

CG作成する為には、各種の図面が必要になる。マスタープランに行くプロセスにおいて、スペース配分をする。当然ながら、どの様に組み立てていくかというディテールの部分を忘れてはいけない。

We are making CG to consider the space of the boat Salon.

When we make CG, it needs several drawing such as plan, reflected ceiling plan and elevation. It’s the process to get to master plan and we need to draw detail of each parts on the way.

Superyacht building has dream and enthusiasm. It may only have those things.

About two decade ago, there were such types of superyachts building in Japan. Nowadays I plan the scheme of Asian shipbuilder could plan and build yacht and those ship are sailing in worldwide. We need to set up this structure near future.

New Projectのガラス部分をアクリルに代替できないか検討しています。

ボート(マイスター)オーナーの山口さんがご自分の船でも採用されたアクリルを持ってきてもらいました。

アクリルの表面を加工してあり、ハードコートが施されています。サンプルでサンドペーパーで研磨しても傷がつきません。ワイパーも問題なさそうです。

ガラス部分をアクリルで代替する事により、大幅な軽量化が見込まれます。

We are thinking about to use acryl instead of glass.

I received the sample from boat owner who already installed acryl front shield on his boat.

The acryl has special treatment on top coat. I tried scratch by sand paper on the sample, but there is no damage at all. It’s clear.

If we use acryl on the boat, we can gain a lot of weight loss.

任天堂DSは山内流の考えで産まれたもののようです。

カスタムメードの舷窓が出来上がりました。

既成のサイズではないので、カスタムで作ります。

工場の休みと重なり、少々お待たせしてしまいましたが、下架前に間に合いました。

The port light isn’t manufactured item, so we asked to make it by custom.

It took little bit long time for factory holiday, but it’s OK to deliver before the boat puts back into water.
