This is bespoke cabinet detail for 105ft Mega Yacht.

When you take a close look at corner detail, you will notice that there is no obvious joint on finished surface, because using the solid wood on corner together with plywood.

It’s very detailed and takes time to build it. The top finish is Hi-Gloss finish.

In addition that each corner has small radius for the safety reason.

コーナー部分には薄くカットした無垢材を使用し、ジョイントは見えない工法になっています。ハイグロス塗装で最終仕上げを施します。

非常に手間をかけ美しいディーテールになっています。

勿論各コーナーは安全面を考慮し小さいRで処理されています。

The hull and superstructer is coupling with rub rail.

The rub rail is very important to cover the boat and hard to bend 90 degree angle.

There are many types of rub rail and looks similar. I need to make sure on site with copied template.

ハルと上部構造物のカップリングはラブレールでカバーされています。

防舷材としてのラブレールの機能もありますが、カバーとしての機能も伏せております。樹脂製のラブレールは90°のアングルでの曲げは非常に難しく、テクニックがいります。

同じメーカーのボートでも、年式や大きさによってラブレールメーカーは異なります。形状も非常に似通っているので、現場での確認は必要です。
