The detail drawing is necessary to explain the way of construction.

Some parts are complicated and it needs detail drawing for certain worker.

I believe drawing is the best way to communicate with carpenter to discuss about the construction.

多々ある図面の中で詳細図は重要な図面の一つです。

複雑な形状や、色々なマテリアルの組合せなどを図面で表現します。

この図面は現場でのコミュニケーションを取るうえでも欠かせない図面です。現場の考えもあります。大概は現場でスケッチをしたり、電話等でコミュニケーションしながら随時対応していきます。

This is 105 feet mega yacht fly bridge console panel.
There are 3 station on boat, pilot house, aft deck and fly bridge and fly bridge station is occasionally use.
It’s great idea to install pop up console panel at there.
I wasn’t on purpose to up and down while the electrician was underneath the panel, though.
105フィートのフライブリッジのコンソールパネルです。
メガヨットですので「3ステーション」あります。FBでの使用頻度は高くなく、視認性が良くない。
ポップアップコンソールパネルをここにインストールするのはGood Ideaですね。メカニズムも難しいものでは無いです。
内緒の話ですが・・撮影をしている時に、コンソール下でワーカーが配線作業をしていて閉じ込めてしまいました・・・

It’s necessary to repair some parts on boat for a certain time.

Boat usually has big fat manual book either it’s easy to ready or not.

We have the Spec book for the Mega Yacht we designed. It’s easy to find and order the part what the boat needs. Sometimes crew wants to have parts ASAP.

We have very good communication with the shipyard, so it’s smooth way to order.

ボートのパーツはほぼ海外メーカーのものです。

写真は「照明用コンバーター」と「バウスラスターポンプの蓋」です。

ボートの部品を探すのは若干骨が折れる作業ですね。ボートに積んである分厚いマニュアルにも載っていない場合もありますし。

建造したボートにはスペックブックを積んでもらいます。何万点という部品数を数えるメガヨットのパーツをオーガナイズします。写真を送ってもらって対応もします。

海外からの取り寄せなので時間がかかる場合がありますが、シップヤードとのコミュニケーションにより迅速に対応します。

I’m back in Japan. After the typhoon gone,it’s quite chilly in Tokyo.

Things can be seen from outside. That’s the word I feel thru this trip.

Taiwanese shipyard is moving forward very strongly with technologies even the product has to export to international.

What I have to do and want to do is so clear. Let’s things move on.

帰国しました。台風一過の東京は涼しいですね。

国内にいては感じられない世界のマーケットの動きが感じられました。

自国で消費しなく、ほぼ100%近くを輸出に頼っている台湾ボートビルダーのテクノロジーの進歩と戦略の強さ、そして前に進む力強さを感じました。

ヤル事・ヤリタイ事は明確です。色々なサポート・応援を受けながら前に歩を進めます。

We had great meeting with the metal manufacture.

We check the function of what we plan to install on the custom boat project.

What great about the manufacture is quality is #1 priority and the customize skill, at the same time high communication skill.

They could modify the size and some connection to the power for certain FRP parts.

If I can provide some idea, they could response to make a drawing for the function approval. I’ll make some custom metal things in the future, if I come up something.

舶用金物メーカーとの機能やサイズ、詳細の打合せをしました。

ここの工場は驚く程、活気があります。ヨーロッパのスーパーヨットビルダー達の艤装を一手に引き受けています。

このメーカーの特筆すべき所は、クオリティが一番なのは当然ですが、何十人ものエンジニアを抱えてカスタマイズに対応できる体制をとっている所です。それに伴うコミュニケーションスキルも高いです。

プランニングしているラフアイデアを伝え、CADで打合せをしながら「そのボート」にあったカスタマイズをしてくれます。現場対応も可能です。

近い将来アイデアを持ち寄ってカスタムの金物を造りたいと思います(アイデアが浮かべばですが・・)。
