These are sandwich construction to use DIAB core material inside.

The weight comparison this core material construction with usual flash construction in the same size door, the core material is almost 1/3 of the weight to flash construction.

I order to put plywood on certain area to tap the hinge and door knob.

They are really great with work on customize.

このメーカーはヨーロッパのコア材を使い、加工するメーカーです。

ドアでの重さ検証を「フラッシュ工法」と「サンドイッチ工法」とで比較した所、フラッシュ工法の『1/3』に重さを抑えられた。

ドアでの採用が決定し、タッピングを打つ所(ヒンジ・ドアノブ)に合板を入れ込む加工をする。この状態で現場におさめ、最終仕上材、そして金物を取付ける作業のみにする事によって工期短縮、工数低減する。

タイに工場があるので納期も短く、コミュニケーションがうまく取れるのでカスタマイズが可能な数少ないメーカーです。

シアトルのブローカーから教えてもらった「Yacht Eye」というオランダの会社のシステム。自分の船を俯瞰して見るシステムです。

このシステムの良い所は、「AMX」や「Creston」などのシステムのモニターからチェックするのみならず、「iPad」や「iPhone」からもチェックできる所ですね。

Salmon Bay Marine Center in Seattle is quite new site.

There are marine related business and shop in buildings and tenant can use a slip.

This kind of facility is never seen in Japan and it’s very convenience for the owner.

シアトルに新しく出来ていたMarine Center。

低層のビルが3棟あり、マリン関係のオフィスがテナントとして入っています。ブローカーやマリンショップ、そしてリペアショップなどが入っています。1Fにはメンテナンス用の部品が保管してあります。

保管バースもあり、リペアバースもあります。

この様なファシリティは日本にいると羨ましい限りですね。この種の施設をビジネスとして日本で成り立たせたいですね。

It’s gradually coming the boat leather headliner refit installation.

The boat ceiling is cambered and divided by three by wood handrail.

The installer is working on hard to attach the track on existing wall. I’m sure it will finish clean and beautiful.

プラスチック製のレールを使ったボート天井施工が始まりました。

サロンの天井を既存のハンドレールを残しながら3分割し、伸縮性があるレザーを張り込みます。正確には挟み込むと表現した方が良いですね。

天井はキャンバーがついておりますが、レール自体が曲がるのでなりに合わせられます

スッキリとしたレイアウトでカラーバランスも落ち着いたトーンになります。
