実際の階段を上がったり下がったり、キャットウォークを行ったり来たりして見えてくるスケール感があります。ドア厚は思ったよりあったな・・

Interior window panel of most boats are either leather or fabric.

It’s getting dirty and change the color by years.

It’s time to change the fabric after check the sponge.

ボートの窓廻りのインテリアパネルはレザーかファブリックがほとんどです。

経年劣化で日焼けや汚れます。

中のスポンジをチェックし、ファブリックを新しく換えリフレッシュします。

Boat carpet is really unique shape. There isn’t square shape in the boat.

We have to make a template for Salon because there is a removable hatch.

Bow berth’s one is almost triangle shape because the hull side is also carpeted.

Take out original one to cut roughly for new one in factory and attach it on the site. That saves times.

ボートのカーペットは真四角なものはほとんど無い。

取付られている家具類に合わせて切り込まれている。バウバースは特に特殊な形をしています。

工期短縮を目標に色々な取組みをしている。

型紙を起し工場で加工をした状態で納める。そして、既存の部分をおおまかな大きさに工場でカットした状態で現場施工をする。色々工夫をして効率を高めます。

Weather stripping is using everywhere on boat outside.

Hatch, cockpit door, entrance door etc.

Weather stripping protect water comes inside. But, in fact it’s damaged by years.

It’s quite common the black one, but in cosmetic-wise, there is white one to match with Gel Coat color.

ウェザーパッキンはボート暴露部によく使います。

ハッチ、ドア、エントランスドアなどなど・・

このパッキンが無いと、水をかぶるとビショビショになります。ボートを洗うだけでもビショビショです。

当然ながら経年劣化で痛んできますし、消耗品です。

黒色は良くみますが、ボートの白のゲルコートと同色の白もあります。ここは目立たなくて良い所ですからね。
