SOIC, it used to be called USDDC, is the R &D center in Taiwan.

They have more than 100 people in high building.

Their research categories are various and are capable of study new technology.

The office has sound and vibration test room, so they have several types of sound reduction wall samples. And also to study interior hull side cabinet to make it useful.

最近ではグリーンエネルギー関連の研究が進んでおり、数十艇のハイブリッド・エレクトリックボートを進水させております。

騒音・振動のテストルームも備えており、様々なサンプルでデータを取っています。

Mold is very important for boat building.

Before making a mold, it has to be done many things to be considered.

Building a mold is various types for future production line and scheme.

It can be had different line of boat to add additional length and beam.

ボート建造において「モールド」は重要です(ハル・スーパーストラクチャー・デッキ等々)。

モールドを起こす前に、諸々の事を検討しなければなりません。

設計条件は勿論の事、将来的なボートのラインナップやスキームを練ります。

一つのラインアップであるならば、それに適したモールドを造り、バリエーションを持たすのであれば、その様にモールドを造らないといけません。

これは天然木のマテリアルです。やはり天然木なので風合があります。

曲面は勿論の事、出隅、入隅の処理も問題無いです。

トップコートのペイントもでき、ハイグロスやマットフィニッシュにも出来る良い材です。

It’s solid teak and holly. The teak deck needs maintenance, but it turns absolutely beautiful and comfortable feeling on bare foot.

It’s necessary the teak layout and design and various patterns are available.

チーク&ホリーは無垢材で、定期的なメンテナンスが必要です。

このチークに手を加えた後は、チーク独特の高級感が出ます。やはり裸足で歩いた時の感触が良い。

チークのレイアウトは色々と可能でデザインする事が出来ます。コレは重要です。

現場や図面でヒンジやハッチ等の位置を確認し、レイアウトを数パターン検討しますね。
