The Bertram refit has been progressing.

Before the job started, we created the existing drawing and planning drawing.

It’s natural to have small difference between planning drawing and actual site, so we modify the drawing and are listing what’s going thru shipwright.

These are very good reference to get much better drawing and reference even though it might take some times.

バートラムの改造が段々と進んでおります。

工事着工前に既存の図面をおこし、そしてリクエストを把握し諸々の図面をおこします。

実際の現場での若干の誤差を再度採寸し、図面を修正しなおします。そして船大工さんから現場の状況を事細かに聞きます。

これらが図面にドンドン反映されていきます。

My final day in Taiwan, I went to go the yard to check the construction status for the 105ft Maga Yacht.

It has been progressing and catching up the schedule.

105ft Mega Yacht will be refreshed and get more beauty on her.

ボートショー閉幕後に、展示物やレンタル品などのアレンジを済ませ、ドライドックに上架中のメガヨットのチェックに行ってきました。

進捗、スケジュールの確認をします。

この105フィートの船は2014年リフレッシュして、更に美しい船になります。

We have finished rest of the carpet for Captain’s bedroom.

It was quite hard to access the floor because the fixed bedframe and structural frame.

The picture is set up the couch and new meeting table in the Captain’s office.

船のキャプテンルームのベッドルームのカーペット施工が終わりました。

固定のベッドフレームと鉄の構造用フレームで、施工するのに段取りましたがキッチリ納まりました。

写真は船長のオフィスに新しいソファとテーブルを設置したものです。

This original carpet is stick on the deck strongly, so it’s quite hard to remove it.

Before lay new carpet on it, prepare the layout of carpet.

At the same time, new upholstery sofa is finished.

この船のカーペットを剥がすのに、ほとんどの時間を費やしました。

新しいカーペットを敷く前に「割付」の確認をします。

同時進行していた「ソファ」も出来上がり、船の外にスタンバイ。

船が出航してしまう前の今週に、この部屋を仕上げます。

Finish of mold of FRP boat is important and at the same time mold parts assembly and technique are very important.

It usually checks from 3D drawing first and make a mold by CNC machine.

FRPのボートにとって「モールド」の質はとても重要。そして各パーツをどのような「工法」、そしてどの様な順序で組み立てていくか、はFinish Productとしてとても重要です。

3Dの図面でまずは組み立てていき、NCマシーン等で型をおこしていきます。
