It also shows the boatyard organize ability.

ボートを建造するには、大小を含めて何千、何万という艤装品が使われます。

そのパーツが無いだけで工程が止まってしまう事もあります。この様なバックヤードの機能にも、そのヤードの体制が見れます。

Horizon Yacht in Taiwan has been upgrading the facility.

Horizon is the group company that is Horizon, Vision, Premier and Atech. Horizon is the only Asian boat builder in top 10 global superyacht builder.

Each factory has each function and high capability of boat building. Over 160ft is on the drawing board now.

The sample room is set up in Horizon Yacht boatyard and it turns out great. Future owner will be very pleased for this convenience and Horizon Yacht quality.

HorizonはTop10に入る唯一のアジアのBoatbuilderであり、Horizon、Vison、Premier、そしてAtechからなるグループです。

各造船所の機能と建造レンジがあり、プラグ用のCNCマシーンやMold専用のFactoryも構えています。

HorizonのヘッドクォーターにSample Roomがセットアップされていました。ファブリックから木、ウィンドウトリートメントやソファとHorizonクォリティーが垣間見れる空間です。オーナーはこの空間でHorizonのボート哲学が理解出来るはずです。

When the hull is released from the mold, right after install the bulkh’ds, piping and wiring set up on the boat.

There are through bulk attachment when it laminates.

The water line (Hot & Cold) are using polysulfone flexible pipe.

ハルがモールドから脱型すると共に、隔壁を設置し各パイプやワイヤー類をボート全体(船首・船尾方向)に通します。

隔壁を積層する際に、パイプ類が通る所にはアタッチメントを付けて積層します。

清水ライン(温・冷)はPolysulfoneのパイプを使っています。

SOIC, it used to be called USDDC, is the R &D center in Taiwan.

They have more than 100 people in high building.

Their research categories are various and are capable of study new technology.

The office has sound and vibration test room, so they have several types of sound reduction wall samples. And also to study interior hull side cabinet to make it useful.

台湾にあるR&D組織「SOIC」。以前はUSDDCと呼ばれており、そちらの方が名が通っています。

100名以上の設計士・技師がおり、色々な船に関わる研究をしています。

最近ではグリーンエネルギー関連の研究が進んでおり、数十艇のハイブリッド・エレクトリックボートを進水させております。

騒音・振動のテストルームも備えており、様々なサンプルでデータを取っています。
