Visit Korea

It’s first time to go Korea to have a meeting with yard owner. and quite close distance from Japan and I’ll be able to come back same day actually.

The yard is quite nice location and the owner has something in his mind, so let’s make it happen.

韓国に初めて出張で行ってきましたが、日本からは日帰りが出来る位の距離で近い隣国でポテンシャルを持った国だと感じました。

オーナーさんのビジネス、そして思いを実現させる為に、乗り越えなくてはいけない障壁が多々ありますが、その熱い想いに触れプランを考えております。

Outboard Engine

Outboard engine is getting bigger and bigger especially in US.

Majority of hull color is white, so white outboard engine color would be match with a boat.

年々、高出力の船外機が市場に出てきています(特にアメリカで)。

大多数の船のハルカラーは「白」が多いので、船外機カバーの白は船体とマッチしますね。

Construction Procedure w/ Tips

To visualize the major procedure is quite easy to understand the whole process of production, even each builder has own procedure though.

Propose some of the tips to improve and reduce the procedure.

It’s very cool long sleeve T shirts of legendary sports fisherman boat, Rybovich, TWENTY.

She is wooden boat and even got years since she is launched 60 years ago, she is in a good shape in Japan!

Gel Coat Finish

Some of the parts are released from the mold.

Specified gel coat color has a data and the released parts are so shinny boat parts with non-skid.

ゲルコートの色味を指定し、小さいパーツがモールドから脱型しました。

強度のチェック、フィニッシュのチェックなどなど打合せしなければいけない事が多々あります(楽しい建造打合せです)。
