I have seen some deck materials instead of teak.

For certain area and boat, that would work very well on it.

To make curved acryl use a technique. If it’s 3D curve, it’s more complicated though.

Usually to make a curve is to make a mold. The finish is certainly very clean.

However we did make using original curved acryl as template to make new one. It’s great curved acryl on the boat windshield corner.

アクリルの曲げはテクニックを要します。特に厚みがあったり、3Dカーブになると複雑です。

通常アクリルの曲げはモールドを作ります。モールドを作る事によって、表面の仕上げが綺麗です。

ですがボートではモールド作る程の数も無いので、既存の物からの作成にトライしました。綺麗に仕上りました！！

ですが、選択肢が増えるという事は大事な事なので、計画中のボートの為にも引き続きStudyです。

Anyway, it fishes perfectly. Rolling is OK, and pattern match with the carpet cover is OK.

It’s hard to find the solution what the client ask, however we’ll always find the way. Appreciate for the chance!!

カーペットカバーの柄と合わす為に、大雪の日に現場に行った時を思い出します(懇意のエンジニアさんに桟橋がもの凄く滑る、と注意を受けなければ海に落ちてました・・・)。

ともあれ、諸々の課題をクリアし、ちゃんと納品出来ました。

クライアントのリクエストが常にデザイナーや職人を育ててくれます。

It would be nice to have a quiet boat even though the boat is running high rpm.

It’s natural to make a big sound from engine, generator, A/C unit and many more, but what if it can be reduce the noise down, like Lexus, it would be great.

We’ll research and develop this area deeply and propose to the parties!!
