Captain is sitting on this chair most of the cruising time.

It has to be comfortable and easy to operate.

It’s very good function of up & down and slide.

It’s custom by order, so takes time to receive it.

操船者(キャプテン)は、クルージングのほとんどの時間(長時間)をこの椅子に座っています。

当然、長い時間座っているので「快適(座り心地)」であると共に、「オペレーション(操縦性)」も求められます。

視認性の兼ね合いから、『昇降機能』や『スライド』の機能があると便利ですね。

ヘルムシートメーカーは通常カスタムでのオーダーなので、納期に余裕を見ておきたいですね。

この様な脚の種類はそんなには多くはなく、尚且つその長さや機能はソファ高さや耐荷重、回転や脚の長さなど色々な条件に合わないといけません。

このタイプは伸縮する脚が、ベースより下がり(設置床面下)、その分高くできます。

There are several boat light manufactures out there.

Each builder specifies their preferred light fixture.

舶用の照明メーカーは世界に沢山あります。

かくボートメーカーは、特定の照明器具を採用します。

今回の照明は若干苦戦しましたが、無事に工事着工前に納品出来ました。

暴露部で閉鎖されていない所の照明は、防水の照明(IP65)をお勧めします。

FRP boat deck has to have non skid for safety.

There are several patterns available.

It has negative for mold and positive for existing boat.

Non skid pattern can be design by layout of non skid and gel coat area.

型用のネガティブのシートと、既存のデッキに貼り付けるポジティブの両方があります。

ノンスキッドとゲルコートのエリアをレイアウトしながら、デザインする事が出来ます。

Certain type of boat is using acryl at windshield.

For some parts is glass and another is acryl. It may be hard to recognize the difference by the owner.

For cleaning the acryl, it never uses chemical cleaners otherwise it damages acryl in a minute.

フロントはガラスで、サイドはアクリルなどのパターンがありますが、見分けづらい場合もあります。

アクリルをクリーニングする時は、アルコール系のクリーナはNGです。アクリルにダメージが出てしまいます。

曇ったり、傷がついたアクリルをクリアにする施工をしています。
