The rubber gasket for window shield is torn by years.

It’s quite hard to find the correct one, however we’ll find the right one whatever it takes.

Finally I found the exact one for the shield!!

小さいRやカーブを計測するのは難しいですが、NCデータが全てなので図面とにらめっこです。

Existing curve acrylic is broken and it needs to renew.

It is quite hard to match with curves above and bottom, actually we try several sheets on that, finally brand new curve acrylic is fitted.

I thank we’ve learned something from it.

40フィートクラスのボートのアクリルが割れてしまったので新しい物に交換です。

型が無いので既存の割れた物を修復しテンプレートとして使い、色々試し様々なRが混ざっていてカーブの部分で試行錯誤しました。

現場にてトリムしながら最終調整してフィットしました。
