I attend the conference of The Boat Association of Japan, theme of “The new way of Boat Building”.

It is a popular boat building way to use the Epoxy or Urethane adhesive in the world.

But, in fact, it’s just coming this new wave in Japanese boat building.

Plexus rep, such a great adhesive manufacture, explains how it works.

A naval architect shows which part of boat building to be able to use adhesive material.

And boat association of Japan’s rep told how to approach to the status of Japan boat building regulation.

I could meet different boat building field people and had a good chat.

I’m so sure the boat building will be this way.

舟艇協会主催の「舟艇の構造接着工法」の講演会に行ってきた。

世界のボートビルダーではポピュラーなエポキシ系、ウレタン系接着剤を使ってのボート建造。

日本ではこれからの工法です。

「プレクサス」という素晴らしい接着剤の登場により、ボート建造方法が変わります。工数が減ります。FRPとアルミの接着も可能です。

FEM解析(有限要素法)による実証実験によるデータを用い、法的整備へのアプローチも協会を通じて行っているようです。

同じフィールドの方々との交流もあり、有意義な時間でした。

ボート建造方法は、このような接着工法に徐々に変わっていく事でしょう。

I have to make a time to imagine my big business scheme and create something new.

アウディのCIです。とても斬新なキャッチコピーで好きなCIです。

私も良く使う表現「想像して、創造する」。

新しいモノを創造する為に、想像する時間を作らないといけませんね。

I drew custom stainless steel hardware and wood TV frame.

It needs to be modified for the function.

The pipe needs a hole for TV and DVD cable and we measured the size of hole.

It finished as good as picture and matches with interior perfectly.

カスタムでステンレスの金物を使ったブラケットを作成。

まずは図面で描き検討、修正の繰り返しをし、製品として出来上がりました。

テレビやDVD用のケーブルを接続する為の開口部分の大きさも計算しました。

良い仕上がりです。インテリアデザインともマッチしています。

There is collage wall in my office.

It’s a bunch of yacht photo, interior photo, art, graphic and related images.

Even though a way from PC, I will see those images.

I have been trying to see good images and collage images. I have to see it when I take a small break.

It’s tattooed in my brain and reflects to my design.

コンピュータから離れて休憩時には、必ず目にします。

良いもの、良いデザインを見続けて、クリアーなイメージを常に焼き付けています。

It’s often hard to estimate lead time.

We got the Japan Association for Simplification of International Trade Procedures.

It’s the code and when put the code at custom, it’s gonna be much smoother procedure at the Japan custom.

ボート艤装品はほとんどが海外からの輸入品です。

海外からの取り寄せの場合、納期が読めないのが困ります。

納期の短縮化と税関での処理をスムーズにする為、今回、輸出入業者コードを取得しました。

これによって納期が短くなり、工期も読めるようになります。
