小さいRやカーブを計測するのは難しいですが、NCデータが全てなので図面とにらめっこです。

Existing curve acrylic is broken and it needs to renew.

It is quite hard to match with curves above and bottom, actually we try several sheets on that, finally brand new curve acrylic is fitted.

40フィートクラスのボートのアクリルが割れてしまったので新しい物に交換です。

型が無いので既存の割れた物を修復しテンプレートとして使い、色々試し様々なRが混ざっていてカーブの部分で試行錯誤しました。

現場にてトリムしながら最終調整してフィットしました。
