既存のラダーを使用し、新設のステップ側面に設置する。

ラダー角度が変わる為、設置部分の脚の長さを調整し、溶接する。長さが変わる為、ステップも調整。

可動式のアームをパイプ内に補強を入れ、ラダー上部のFBに付ける。

Setting up the new rudder. The new rudder that is using original is to arrange to new layout put on the side of new step.

The rudder angle and length is changed, so put the new connection leg. At the same time, change the each step gap according to the new length.

The rudder top can be swing, it put arm connection with support inside the aluminum pipe.

現物確認と新しいマテリアルを探しに、新宿の「OZON」へ行ってきた。

色々なメーカーのショールームが集まっており、『コレはアノボートに使えるな・・』とか話しながら見て・触って行きます。

目当ての建具金物が無かったので、神田にあるスガツネさんへ。丁度新作発表会が開催されており、色々と勉強になった。

We have been looking for new material for the project, so we went to the design center, OZON, in Shinjuku. It’s nothing like State’s design center in scalewise.

We were look around each manufacture’s showrooms and discussed about this material is suitable that project and so on.

There wasn’t certain hardware showroom at OZON, so we went to Sugatsune (LAMP) show room in Kanda. It held the new stuff display party and learned variety of hardware structure.

バートラム570のRefitは、塗装に入りました。全体の輪郭が段々と見えてきました。

ハッチは工場で、パテで最終形作り、面を作っています。

Bertram 570 refit project is final finish paint stage. It’s getting to see the whole shape.

The hatch is adding putty for final clear shape and face.

新設のステップは脱型しました。成形後、ハッチ、物入、金物と各パーツと組合わせていきます。溝との兼合いがあり、船で長さの確認をした所、ピッタリだったと聞いてホッとしました。

The new step is out of mold. This step is assembled with hatch, storage, hardware and each part together after make clear shape. I’ve heard that the length of it is exact length on the boat.

ドレインの位置出しをし、物入の型が完成。

The mold for storage is completed. The pipe is for drain.

一段目のステップの物入の積層。長さがあるので、補強を入れます。

The lamination already started for first step. It’s quite long, so it will have support.

新設のステップはトースペースが凹んで設計。一体成型で型から抜くので、目視は勿論だが、見えづらい箇所は鏡で確認。

New step designed toe space. It makes sure by eyes, but it’s bit hard to see it because of shape, so using a mirror to check the lamination condition.

バートラム570のRefit工事。船内ではサーフェーサーが入りました。角のRも綺麗に出ています。

The picture is Bertram 570 refit project. Construction process is at the surface paint on the boat. It’s clear to see specified corner radius.

工場ではハッチの積層・物入の型作成中。

水が溜まらない様にハッチには勾配をつけました。物入の底の部分にも勾配を付ける一手間を加える。

In the factory, hatch lamination just starts and storage mold is making.

The hatch top gets angle 1.5°to the stern for water running. The storage bottom also gets slope for smooth water flow.

ハッチは単板構造ではなく、重量バランスをケアしながらコア材を使用。

長さ約1380あるので、補強を入れました。

The hatch is sandwich construction to estimate the weight balance.

This hatch length is 1380mm, so better put the support in it.
