アップが遅くなりましたが、バートラム570メザニン・リフィットが終わりました。

各ハッチには、それぞれの機能があります。ハッチを開けた写真を撮りました。

デッキで快適で、情熱的な時間が過ごせてもらえればと思います。

It’s little bit late to update the Bertram 570 refit project. It has been finished the construction.

Each hatch has each function.

I hope owner spend good time with comfort on the mezzanine seat.

新設のステップが船体に付きました。漏水を懸念し、壁面へボルト締め。下架して、走らせてみて状況をチェックします。

The new step was on boat to be bolted on the existing wall instead of the floor for water leak care. We have to check when the boat is running.

チーク、ラダーが付き、コンポーネントが揃ってきました。ハッチにダンパーも付き、動作確認。

あとは、細かい所の調整や確認です。

Most components were all together on boat. Putting the teak floor on the new step and arranged rudder was installed. Set the hatch with dumper and check the movement.

We will check in detail and make sure the movement in sea condition.

メザニンRefitの船体部の塗装が終わり、チーク張りへ。

既存デッキ面のチーク幅、コーキング幅と合わせ、チークを張り付けます。無垢材なので木の暴れを抑える為に時間をかけて圧着します。

The picture is putting teal a holy on the Bertram 570 deck for refit mezzanine project.

The teak has to match with the existing teak wide and caulking width. It’s the solid wood, so need strong enough to compress to prevent the warp.

新設のコンポーネントも最終塗装です。

次回あたり全てのコンポーネントがアッセンブルした写真をアップ出来ると思います。

I can probably update the picture that all component on the boat together.

既存のラダーを使用し、新設のステップ側面に設置する。

ラダー角度が変わる為、設置部分の脚の長さを調整し、溶接する。長さが変わる為、ステップも調整。

可動式のアームをパイプ内に補強を入れ、ラダー上部のFBに付ける。

Setting up the new rudder. The new rudder that is using original is to arrange to new layout put on the side of new step.

The rudder angle and length is changed, so put the new connection leg. At the same time, change the each step gap according to the new length.

The rudder top can be swing, it put arm connection with support inside the aluminum pipe.

現物確認と新しいマテリアルを探しに、新宿の「OZON」へ行ってきた。

色々なメーカーのショールームが集まっており、『コレはアノボートに使えるな・・』とか話しながら見て・触って行きます。

目当ての建具金物が無かったので、神田にあるスガツネさんへ。丁度新作発表会が開催されており、色々と勉強になった。

We have been looking for new material for the project, so we went to the design center, OZON, in Shinjuku. It’s nothing like State’s design center in scalewise.

We were look around each manufacture’s showrooms and discussed about this material is suitable that project and so on.

There wasn’t certain hardware showroom at OZON, so we went to Sugatsune (LAMP) show room in Kanda. It held the new stuff display party and learned variety of hardware structure.
