I’m in Taiwan currently for several things to do.

After the meeting with client, I have to see the current marina and need to think what we can do.

More importantly what we imagine thru this view with what kind of activity.

現在、台湾に出張中で気温27℃と、暑いです。

クライアントとの打合せ後、マリーナを視察。まずは現状把握です。停泊中のキャプテンとも話が出来ました。

まずは『どうしたいのか』という「コアのイメージ」を固め、速やかに動きます。

It has been long day to come to Miami.

The original flight to go Chicago was canceled and I had to stay in Dallas, TX overnight.

The next early morning, I took a flight to Miami, but our rest of party couldn’t book same flight, so we had to wait at the airport.

Anyway, I arrive in Miami!!

I go to Collins Ave. floating show right after I arrive @ airport.

Busy to do, but cool in my brain to move from now on.

今回の出張は、東京の大雪から始まりマイアミまでの道のりがただでさえ遠いのに、更に遠く感じました。

シカゴ行きのフライトがキャンセルになり、急遽テキサスにステイ。

翌朝、朝一のフライトでマイアミに行く予定でした・・・が今回はグループという事もあり全員が乗れず・・・・エアポートで後発組を待ちます。

何はともあれ、マイアミに到着しました！！

スケジュール遅れを取り戻すべく、すぐさまコリンズアヴェニューのフローティングショーへ。何回も行っているので、スムーズに移動(ボートショー渋滞はありますが・・)。

バタバタと動いておりますが、頭の中はクールーになっています。

出張中、メール等のレスポンスが遅くご迷惑をお掛けしますが、チェックしておりますので宜しくお願いします。

Last thing I needed to do in my agenda was to visit the exhibition hall in Kaohsiung.

This place is 2014 Taiwan Boat Show exhibition center, not only inland, but floating too.

This is my style that I can get the total image thru place atmosphere, air, traffic, hall design and people.

I’m getting the image and will sketch the things. It’s so fun to prepare for under certain strategy.

台湾出張の最後は、来年開催されるボートショー会場の視察。

ここがフローティングと屋内展示の会場です。

工事中の為入れないとは聞いていましたが、「その場所」に行くことで見えてくるコトが多々あります。

イメージがどんどん湧いてきたのです、まずはスケッチしてみます。この準備の期間がすごく楽しいですね。

After two meeting, I headed to well know yard in Taiwan, Horizon.

I saw my name on the welcome board and it shows the Horizon hospitality.

A lot of things we discussed thru item by item for big refit, maintenance and inspection with GM and engineers.

Horizon is always welcoming my visit and giving me some ideas.

2件の打合せ後、世界的にも有名な「ホライゾン」へ移動。

エントランスに自分の名前があり、Horizon Yachtのホスピタリティーの一部が垣間見れます。

計画中のメンテナンスやレストアを項目事にGMとエンジニアの人達と打合せします。この工程は時間が懸かりますが、双方にとってとても大事な打合せです。

ホライゾンに行く度に、いつも温かく迎えてくれ、尚且つデザインやエンジニアリングの情報交換の良いアイデアをもらいます。

I always visit when I’m in FL.

I found something new this time too.

I had very good chat with designer in shop always.

フロリダに行くと必ず立ち寄るインテリアショップがあります。

今回も新しい発見もあり、アイデアが湧いてきます。

このショップのデザイナーとはいつも楽しい会話ができ、時間が過ぎるのが早いです。
