Lower Deck is obviously more private and Main Deck and Upper Deck have more activity.

Before 3D modeling, prepare the CAD drawing. There are some layouts arise and each GA has clear purpose of design. It’s usually back and forth between CAD and 3D modeling.

Lower Deckは居室があり、よりプライベートなデッキ。Main DeckとUpper Deckはアクティビティがありナビゲーションがあるデッキ。

3Dをおこす前に、CADでGAをおこします。何タイプものGAが出来上がり、各レイアウトごとにデザインコンセプトがあります。CADと3Dとでチェック、修正しながら進めていきます。

It’s very useful material, King StarBoard, for boat. It has several color and size available too.

It can be used mostly Hatch, Door, Step and countertop.

It’s easy to install and maintenance. Great Material!!

Currently boat makers tend to use POD system.

Famous one will be Volvo IPS and Cummins Zeus.

This POD system has obviously pros and cons for certain size of boat compare with leg in/out engine.

We have to keep studying this technology and possibility for the mega yacht.

このPODシステムは、インアウトエンジンと比較すると、あるサイズまでは長所・短所が出ます。

このPODシステムは引き続きStudyが必要ですね。大型艇への開発、そして既存艇のRefitなどの分野があります。
