To organize the menu of maintenance and refit for the big yacht, we prepare to put yellow tape with number and make a list.

Of course every project has target date to finish.

It relates to multiprex jobs, so preparation is very important before it starts.

ボートのメンテナンスは、まずアイテムをのリストを作成し、ナンバリングをし現場に指示をします。

納期が決まっていない仕事など無いので、ヤードと擦り合わせながらターゲットとなる工期を決めます。

事細かなメニューがあるので、色々な作業者の兼ね合いを見ながら段取り、そして明確な指示・決定をしていきます。

Great work for Captain and crew for long cruise.

We have prepare for custom, coast guard, imigration and related things.

There are several things that needs to be done, so lets organize the menu with engineers and things get moving!!

ヤードの岸壁からそのボートが入って来た時は、単純に嬉しかったです。

船と人の入国の為の書類、そしてカスタムやコーストガード諸々をスタンバイし待っていました。

スムーズに入国を済まし、メンテナンスのメニューをヤードとの打合せに入ります。

色々なメニューがるので工程管理や施工方法の打合せ、そしてコスト管理をフォローしながら順次取り組みます。

I’m in Taiwan currently for several things to do.

After the meeting with client, I have to see the current marina and need to think what we can do.

More importantly what we imagine thru this view with what kind of activity.

現在、台湾に出張中で気温27℃と、暑いです。

クライアントとの打合せ後、マリーナを視察。まずは現状把握です。停泊中のキャプテンとも話が出来ました。

まずは『どうしたいのか』という「コアのイメージ」を固め、速やかに動きます。

I had a chance to see how it works for a dynamic position system (DPS).

The owner was single hand to put the fuel at the marina. He used DPS to prepare for tie up for rope at bow & stern at the pontoon.

After it ready, the boat smoothly moves to the pontoon to use a joy stick and guys on the pontoon grab the ropes.

All the procedure had been very smooth and most importantly no danger.

調度ボートがマリーナで給油をしに入ってくる時に、DPS(Dynamic Position System)を使っていました。

オーナーはシングルハンドで給油に入ってきました。給油バースの前でDPSを押し、バウとスターンのロープを用意しています。

準備が整ったら、ボートをジョイスティックで桟橋によせ、ロープを桟橋のクリートに結びます。

一連の流れがとてもスムーズで、特に危険な事が無いですね。DPSの特徴の一つだと思います。

It was snowing day to measure and check for the custom roll screen fabric pattern.

If I didn’t tell it’s really dangerous on the pontoon by my friend engineer, I felt down into cold sea…

Anyway, it fishes perfectly. Rolling is OK, and pattern match with the carpet cover is OK.

It’s hard to find the solution what the client ask, however we’ll always find the way. Appreciate for the chance!!

カスタムロールスクリーンが出来上がりました。このロールスクリーンには想いがあります・・

カーペットカバーの柄と合わす為に、大雪の日に現場に行った時を思い出します(懇意のエンジニアさんに桟橋がもの凄く滑る、と注意を受けなければ海に落ちてました・・・)。

ともあれ、諸々の課題をクリアし、ちゃんと納品出来ました。

クライアントのリクエストが常にデザイナーや職人を育ててくれます。
